A few months ago, a Twitter war erupted between Pooja Hegde and Samantha Akkineni's fans after an alleged 'sarcastic' discussion between Samantha, Chinmayi Sripada and Oh Baby director Nandini Reddy surfaced on social media
The whole online war started when Pooja allegedly shared a meme showing Samantha's old film. The meme read: “I don’t find her pretty at all.” Fans took a screenshot of Pooja's Instagram story before it was deleted. After this episode, Pooja took to social media and said that her Instagram account was hacked, and her team is trying to help her.
Pooja tweeted, "Hi guys, so I’ve been informed by my team that my insta account has been hacked and my digital team is helping me with it. Please do not accept any invitations or pass out any personal information out to the person asking. Thank you." In an hour, Pooja had the problem fixed.
But when Samantha's fans were not convinced with Pooja's reason, they started to troll her and demanded she apologises to their favourite star.
Later, Pooja's fans started slamming Samantha on her looks, calling her 'plastic beauty' Here are some funny tweets from Pooja's fans, "Just asking if #Samantha worksout does she burns calories or plastic?? #JustAsking #wesupportpoojahedge"

One also defended Pooja's post saying, "Whats so wrong in Pooja's post she said the truth as Samantha is a plastic beauty and beauty made herself, u can't find anyone looking so changing for film to film"
