Shilpa Shetty, in an interview with Pinkvilla, had revealed her healthy morning ritual. Shilpa does many things to keep her body free from toxins and give her day a fresh start.

When asked about her healthy morning ritual, the actress said she has a glass of warm water and before that, she has four drops of noni juice, which gives her strength. She also loves to take cold press coconut oil and do oil pulling. She does it for 7 minutes.  

Shilpa also loves to have a very high fibre breakfast, such as oats with fruits. She also tries to avoid sugar; instead, she goes for coconut sugar.

Shilpa also loves to have eggs, toast and avocado. We agree that Shilpa is a food lover and loves to take care of her body in the fittest way possible. On the work front, the actress can be seen judging the dance reality show Super Dancers.
