Meezaan Jaaferi opens up about how Amitabh Bachchan reacted about granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda's dating rumours with him  

Bollywood actor Meezaan Jaaferi, who was last seen in Hungama 2 and Shilpa Shetty has talked about how Amitabh Bachchan reacts to news of Navya Naveli Nanda dating him.

Since the last few months, Navya Naveli Nanda and her friendship with Javed Jaaferi's son Meezaan Jaaferi has been in the news. Many reports suggested that Meezaan is allegedly dating Navya.

In an interview, Meezaan was asked if Amitabh Bachchan had ever reacted or spoken to him about the affair rumours that are doing the rounds. To which he gave a witty reply.

He said, "Main aaj bhi unse kaafi intimidated hoon. I think sabhi intimidate hote hai Bachchan saab se. But iss baare mein charcha hui nahi hai and it’s wrong for me to even say anything wahaan par jaa kar iss baare mein (I still get quite intimidated by him and I think everyone does. We have never talked about this and I think it’s wrong for me to even go there and bring it up)."

In the same interview, Meezaan said that Navya is a good friend. His sister Alaavia is also Navya's buddy who has studied filmmaking in New York. Meezaan told a daily, "Navya Naveli Nanda is a friend of Alaviaa that I find attractive, and she also happens to be one of the few friends of hers I am close to."

Meezaan's film Hungama 2 has been criticised by the audiance and critics. It is said that the controversy around Shilpa Shetty's husband, Raj Kundra, has affected the film. On the other hand, Navya has started as an entrepreneur. The young girl focus is on women's health.
