Actor Armaan Kohli in NCB custody after drugs are seized in raid; read details

TV actor Armaan Kohli's home was raided by Narcotics Control Bureau officials in Mumbai on August 28.

Armaan Kohli, the former controversial Bigg Boss contestant, is in trouble as Narcotics Control Bureau officials raided the actor's residence in Mumbai and reportedly seized some drugs.

Armaan was taken into custody after the actor reportedly gave ambiguous answers to NCB's queries. He was then taken for questioning to the NCB office.

According to reports, back in 2018, Kohli was arrested by Excise Department for possessing 41 bottles of scotch whiskey. According to law, it is permitted only to keep 12 bottles of alcohol at home, but the actor had 41 bottles, most of which were from foreign brands.

Armaan has landed in controversies many times in the past. He was even alleged of assaulting his girlfriend Neeru Randhawa, he was arrested in Lonavala and brought to court, but later, Randhawa withdrew her case. Armaan Kohli was spotted leaving the residence with Officer Sameer Wankhede.

Following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the drug angle case came to light in Bollywood. NCB raided the houses of many noted celebrities regarding the same. Armaan is the son of director Rajkumar Kohli and actor Nishi. He made his film debut in 1992 with the film Vidrohi.

He was one of the most popular and controversial contestants at the reality show Bigg Boss 7. He had even worked in Salman Khan's film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo
