Dubai: Will it be a spinner or a paceman? That is the question being asked on who will bag the Purple Cap in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) which starts in the UAE today (September 19). The pitches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah are expected to be slow and favour the spinners, according to experts.
