Bengaluru: Former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) coach Venkatesh Prasad feels the Virat Kohli-led Bengaluru franchise may break the jinx and win the Indian Premier League (IPL) trophy this year in the UAE. Prasad, who was with RCB, will now be part of Star Sports Kannada commentary panel. He and other former cricketers will share their expert opinions during the 13th edition of the IPL.

IPL 2020 will be played in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah from September 19 to November 10. Defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the opener in Abu Dhabi.

Karnataka has the best fans and supporters when it comes to cricket. To this abode of fans, Star Sports Kannada is all set to ring in live action in Kannada with programming that includes BTS, anecdotes, match analysis and lots more,” Prasad said.
