Hyderabad: Days after the trailer of Tamil film Bigil starring Vijay took the internet by storm, the first single of its Telugu version Whistle was released on YouTube at 6pm on October 15. Tamil song Verithanam became extremely viral especially with the fact that it was sung by superstar Vijay himself.
This Telugu song Verrekkiddam has been trending on Twitter ever since its release. The song on YouTube has already garnered 4 lakh likes.
The most-awaited trailer of the Tamil film Bigil was released on October 12.
Right since the audio launch of the film on September 20 when the director of the flick Atlee announced that the trailer would be launched by the first week of October, fans have been waiting.
The film, directed by Atlee, is described to be a “sports action thriller.” Bigil is Vijay’s third collaboration with Atlee. The first two movies were Theri and Mersal.
The movie also has Nayanthara in the lead. Jackie Shroff, Kathir, Vivek, Daniel Balaji, Bollamma and Anandraj are few other actors in the movie.
