This is what Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be wearing on her wedding day

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya will have a destination wedding in Goa. Samantha’s October wedding will include a Christian wedding dress and a vintage sari originally worn by Chaitanya’s grandmother.  

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s is planning for an October wedding. She and her hubby Naga Chaitanya are planning for a destination. 

The couple will tie the knots in Goa. Word has it that Samantha will be wearing a wedding gown and a vintage sari. The sari reportedly belongs to Chaitanya’s grandmother.

The South siren has roped in fashion designer Kresha Bajaj to make her bridal wear dream a reality. Kresha, who is known for her brand, Koëcsh, will be designing the bridal outfits for the actress.

Preps are in full-swing for the grand wedding of the 'It' couple of South Indian film industry who got engaged earlier this year. 

Apparently, both have booked October 6-9 weekend for a never seen before destination wedding in Goa. According to a report published on Mumbai Mirror, there will be a Catholic as well as Hindu ceremony and wedding reception, therefore three attires have been designed for the bride. 

Sam plans to look like a princess for her Catholic nuptials which will take place on October 8. Kresha is putting together a fairy-tale gown for Sam. For the Hindu wedding, Sam will be wearing a South Indian woven sari that was owned by Naga’s grandmother, D Rajeshwari, wife of legendary filmmaker D Ramanaidu. Kresha will add her touches to the sari. Sam will also wear arms band, waist bands and various necklaces, mostly in diamonds and Kundan.

In an interview, Sam stated that she is honoured to be wearing the sari that was once adorned by Naga’s grandmother and her way of showing respect to the Akkineni and Daggubati families. 

The actress also said "we are not having any plans for a honeymoon. We have work commitments, and just on the 3rd day of our marriage, we both are going to attending our respective film shoots. Whatever you heard about our honeymoon package is false, only rumours.”

On work front, Samantha is busy wrapping up her projects. She will be next seen in a Telugu horror flick, Raju Gari Gadhi 2, in which she shares the screen space with her future father-in-law Nagarjuna. Her other Tamil project, Aneethi Kathaigal, is currently on floors and she hopes to wrap up her portion as quickly as possible.
