Singer Vijay Prakash celebrates wedding anniversary in Maldives

Most in demand singer of Karnataka, Vijay Prakash is celebrating his wedding anniversary in a special way, this year.

The singer is celebrating 18 years of togetherness with wife Malathi in Maldives. A busy Vijay Prakash is always seen working and so, he made it a point to enjoy this special occasion with his wife in Maldives.

Vijay Prakash's wife Malathi too is a singer and the couple has a girl child Kavya.

Vijay Prakash became popular in India with his stint for AR Rahman for the movie Slumdog Millionaire.  Vijay sang Jai Ho chorus in the movie. He is quite popular in Kannada films. His voice is heard in most of the Kannada movies. Apart from this, he has  sung in the movies Blue, Yuvvraaj, Swades, Kaal, Lakshya, Matrubhoomi, Tere Naam, Cheeni Kum, Raavan and Force.

Currently, he is one of the judges in the Kannada reality show SaReGaMaPa on Zee Kannada. He has performed shows with the legendary Tabla artiste Zakir Hussain.
