Shruti Haasan’s ugly fight with dad Kamal’s girlfriend

Kamal Haasan and daughter Shruti Haasan have started shooting for their first comedy film together – Sabaash Naidu. Interestingly, Kamal Haasan’s girlfriend, Gautami, is also working as a costume designer on the sets. 

While everyone expected to see some father-daughter camaraderie on the sets, what they actually witnessed was a heated argument between Shruti and Gautami. 

Shruti Haasan’s bond with Gautami has never really been a secret. The actress has time and again spoken fondly about the “other woman” in her father’s life. So it did come as a surprise when Shruti started rejecting the costumes Gautami had designed for her. 

As per a report, Shruti came up with retorts like, “I don’t think I’ll look good in these”, “I don’t like these,” everytime Gautami came up with a design. Needless to say this led to a heated argument between the two and the shoot had to be called off until things went back to normal.

Kamal Haasan chose to distance himself from the catfight and came back to the shoot only when the ladies had settled their war.
