Shruti Haasan to play a reporter in Singam 3
Synopsis
A source from Singam 3 production revealed, “Shruti plays a journalist/reporter named Vidya, who helps Tamil superstar Suriya crack a big case. By working collectively, they bring down the empire of the antagonist.”
The actress will shoot for Singam 3 till July end, before returning to sets for dad Kamal Haasan‘s trilingual film, Sabash Naidu.
Singam 3 is the third instalment in the Singam franchise, directed by Hari and it also stars actress Anushka Shetty among the other supporting actors.
The Singam franchise is quite popular in the South and is set to release this Diwali. The movie may clash with Ranbir Kapoor's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay.
