The movie Kavacha, starring Shivarajkumar, was scheduled to release on January 18. But it has been postponed due to some technical issues.
Kannada movie Kavacha, starring Sandalwood superstar Shivarajkumar, was to be released by the end of 2018. However, the release date was postponed to January 18, 2019. Now, the latest news is that the release date has been postponed once again.
Kavacha will not release on January 18, due to technical problems, says the crew. Shivarajkumar is acting in a remake film (Kavacha) after many years.
Kavacha, the crime film is written and directed by GVR Vasu and this is his directorial debut. The movie is a remake of the Malayalam film Oppam that starred Mohanlal and was released in 2016.
Kavacha stars Shivarajkumar, Isha Koppikar, Baby Meenakshi and Vasishta N Simha in the lead roles.
The movie is is produced by MVV Satyanarayana and A Sampath under Hayagriva Movie Adishtana. Isha Koppikar plays a cop, Vasishta N Simha is the antagonist while Baby Meenakshi was chosen to reprise her role from the original movie Oppam.
Arjun Janya has directed music for Kavacha.
