Salman Khan has filed 100 crore defamation case against news channel for doing a sting operation on him on chinkara poaching case Salman has alleged that the sting operation is malicious and defamatory The sting operation shows an eyewitness speaking against Salman Khan and claiming that they had seen Salman shooting the animal

 

The actor has filed the case against a news channel which did a sting operation on him in 1998 chinkara poaching case. Salman has alleged that the sting operation is malicious and defamatory.

 

Salman was accused in chinkara poaching case during the shoot of Hum Saath Saath Hain. Khan has filed the case in Bombay High Court.

 

Salman wants the channel to not release the sting operation. As per a TOI report, the sting operation shows an eyewitness speaking against Salman Khan and claiming that they had seen Salman shooting the animal.
 

However, in court, the witness turned hostile and claimed that the video had been doctored.

 

The hearing of the case has been scheduled for November 18.
