Rape remark: Salman's voice was dubbed, says Rakhi Sawant

Known for her scandalous statements and outrageous fashion statements, Rakhi is at it again. 

In a yet another bizarre statement, Rakhi has claimed that it was not Salman but some stranger who dubbed his voice and gave it a controversial angle to malign him. Coming out in support of Salman Khan's 'rape remark', Rakhi has alleged that there are many people who mimick Salman and the video doing the rounds must have been made by one of such strangers.

Meanwhile, Chairperson of National Commission for Women, Lalitha Kumaramangalam has said that Salman Khan was "not apologetic" over his rape remark in his reply to the NCW.
