Radhika Pandit will continue to act post-marriage

Yash and Radhika Pandit were engaged to each other on Varamahalakshmi day on the sets of their movie Santhu Straight Forward in Goa. Sadly, the couple was trolled by pro-Kannada activist groups for holding their engagement in Goa. However, the couple is back in Bengaluru and held a press conference in the city.

“Yash took me to his house and introduced me to his parents on Varamahalakshmi festival day some years ago. His mother’s reaction was - This is the first time you are introducing us to a girl. This is my daughter-in-law,” recounted Radhika. It seems Yash proposed to Radhika over the phone!

Speaking about Radhika’s performances, Yash said, “She has come up in the film industry because of her performances. She will continue her profession after marriage.”

Requesting the media and fans not get offended for holding the engagement ceremony in another state, Radhika said that her mother was from Goa and that was technically her native place.

She said the marriage will be held either in December or January and both the families will fix a date.

The engagement was held with only close-relatives and friends, but the wedding will be grand affair, sources said.
