Nivin and Rinna were college sweethearts and got married in 2010. They have a son, Daveed, who was born in 2012.
Nivin has enjoyed back to back hits in Mollywood in the last two years through the films 'Oru Vadakkan Selfie', 'Premam', 'Action Hero Biju', 'Jacobinte Swargarajyam' and 'Sakhavu', and is now all set to make his Tamil debut with the upcoming 'Richie'.
