South Indian actress Nitya Menon, who was last seen in Vijay's movie Mersal will now play the role of a lesbian in her upcoming film. 

Yes, you read it right, according to Guilte.com, Nitya is seen choosing challenging roles in Lawrence's Kanchana 2 and a radio jockey in Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju might be seen doing a lip-lock with a Telugu heroine. 

In an interview, she said that her next Telugu film showcases her in a different role. However, we doubt that it might not get approval from the Censor Board. As we all know the Supreme Court had banned gay and lesbian sex in India, so it has to to be seen whether this movie will get a Censor certificate.
