On Sunday, 13 February, Syam Dhar got married to Anjali K V at Veluppilly Dharmashastha Temple Auditorium, Chalakudy.
The wedding was followed by a reception at Kunjattukavu Bhagavathy Temple Auditorium Aluva.
Syam Dhar's wife Anjali is a mass communication graduate from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She was previously working as a copywriter at an advertising agency.
A few days ago the director took to Facebook to share the news and shared a photo from the engagement function.
Syam Dhar's first movie Seventh Day was highly appreciated by critics. The movie was also a big break for actors such as Tovino Thomas, Anu Mohan, Vinay Forrt, Janani Iyer and Praveen Prem.
Syam Dhar is currently shooting for his yet-to-be-titled film with Mollywood megastar Mammootty in the lead. He had taken a day off for his marriage ceremony. The film has the superstar playing a trainer who trains teachers.
