Mohanlal teams up with Jibu Jacob for a family drama
Synopsis
Actor Mohanlal will begin shoot for a movie directed by Jibu Jacob from July 15. The untitled movie will star Biju Menon, Mohanlal along with with Meena. Considered a 'lucky pair' they have given some super hits in Mollywood. Their previous outing together 'Drishyam' garnered huge moolahs at the box office.
Mohanlal will play the role of a panchayat secretary and Biju Menon, a government employee. The movie also has Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, Suraj Venjarumoodu, Kalabhavan Shajon and Sudheer Karamana in pivotal roles. The movie is produced under the banner of Weekend Blockbusters and written by Sindhuraj. The story is inspired by a short story Pranayopanishad written by V.J. James.
The main locales of the movie will be in and Kozhikode.
