The first official teaser of Manju Warrier starrer C/O Saira Banu has been taking social media by storm. The video has already crossed 5 Lakh views in 24 hours on Facebook. The teaser introduces Manju Warrier's character Saira Banu and her son.

The much-awaited teaser of Manju Warrier, Amala Akkineni starrer new movie C/O Saira Banu released online and has already created a hype on social media and among their fans. It has already crossed 5 Lakh views in 24 hours on Facebook. The teaser introduces Manju Warrier's character Saira Banu and her son. The movie is a women-centric emotional drama wherein Manju plays Saira Banu, a post master. 

Directed by Antony Sony, the 36 seconds teaser looks promising, giving a glimpse of the title character Saira, and her super cool bonding with her son. The actress looks charming as the character Saira Banu, a doting mother who shares a very warm bonding with her only son played by Shane Nigam.

The movie also marks the comeback of senior Telugu actress Amala Akkineni into Mollywood movies, after a long gap of almost two decades. 

As per the reports, Amala is playing the role of lawyer Annie John Tharavadi in the movie. Amala was a popular actress in the early 90s across various languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam. She was last seen in 2015’s Hamari Adhuri Kahani. And on the other hand Manju Warrier, has had a series of hits ever since she made a comeback with How Old are You?. Rani Padmini, Ennum Eppozhum, and Karimkunnam 6S are some of her latest films.

The movie also features Ganesh Kumar, Jagadeesh, Joy Mathew, P Balachandran, Indrans, Sunil Sukhada, Kochupreman, Niranjana and Kanchana in significant roles.

C/O Saira Banu is produced by Maqtro Films and Eros International and is all set to release on March 17.
