Synopsis

Kamal's Aami with Manju Warrier in the lead role is a film looked forward by many in the Malayalam film industry.  Anoop Menon will appear as Zaheer Ali in the film. We also hear that Prithviraj will also make a brief appearance in Aami. Murali Gopy is essaying the role of Kamala Surayya's husband Madhavadas in the movie.

The first look of the leading character played by Manju Warrier and Murali Gopy in the movie Aami has been released. Aami is the biopic of the progressive poet and writer of India Kamala Suryya.

Manju who essays the role of Kamala Suryya looks perfect in the picture in the picture along with Murali Gopy who essays the role of Kamala Surayya's husband Madhavadas in the movie. We have seen the pervious look for the biopic featured the retro of the lead characters, in the latest pictures the couple is seen in their old age version. 

 

Aami, the directorial venture of Kamal, was in the news even before the commencement of the shoot. Kamal had zeroed in on actress Manju Warrier after opting for many others including Vidya Balan. Manju is said to be gaining some extra pounds to essay the character.

Meanwhile, actor Anoop Menon will appear as Zaheer Ali in the film. We also hear that Prithviraj will also make a brief appearance in Aami.
