Beauty queen and actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made an elegant appearance at the Vogue Beauty Awards on August 02, and we were all floored by her black gown.
Aishwarya Rai was looking beautiful in a black lace gown designed by Istanbul designer, Nedret Taciroglu. The dress has unique features that only Aishwarya, can only pull it off. Off shoulder neckline, sheer bodice, body-hugging fit and ruffles. Her USP in the whole look was the retro curls and bright red lipstick. She went the minimal route in jewellery with just studs.
Aish paired her dress with pointed-toe-pumps from Jimmy Choo to match the red lip. In one of the pictures, Aishwarya is seen kissing Mickey Contractor's cheeks, while posing for the media.
She was accompanied by her family, Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Navya Naveli Nanda. Among others, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Disha Patani, Diana Penty, Sunny Leone, Karisma Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput were also seen in attendance. But it was Aishwarya Rai and Navya, who stole the show!
In the function, Aishwarya was honoured with the title of ‘Most Beautiful Global Indian Icon' award.
