Rajinikanth's latest film Annaatthe's song which was released 2 days ago has gone viral and has already clocked 4.8 million views and is still trending. This song is legendary singer SB Balasubramanyam's last song for the superstar.
Superstar Rajinikanth's soon to be released 'Annaatthe' has been making waves ever since the project was announced and now after the first lyrical video was released on YouTube, it went viral and continues to trend on YouTube platform.
In 48 hours after its release, it has been viewed 4,805,844 times.
The superstar in the first lyrical video can be seen sporting a beard, white shirt and dhoti.
The film will be a Deepawali special and a treat for the fans of Thalaiva Rajinikanth as well as legendary singer late SB Balasubramanyam.
The song is said to be the title as well an introduction song which is customary practice for filmmakers who make films with Rajinikanth to use SB Balasubramanyam's voice.
In close to a dozen super hit films of Rajinkanth, SB Balasubramanyam has sung the introduction song. One of the biggest hit songs for Rajinikanth's introduction in his films is 'Oruvan Oruvan Mudrali' from 'Muthu' and SB Balasubmaramnya's live concert or orchestras always featured this song in the list.
Annaathe is directed by Siva and also stars Kushboo Sundar, Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara and others. The project is said to be an emotional drama.
The film is being produced by Sun Pictures and music is helmed by D Imman who created waves with Ajith's Vishwasam track which won him many awards.
In December, Rajinikanth hinted at floating a political party but soon after his return from Hyderabad from sets of Annaatthe, he said he will not contest TN Assembly elections and later he also dissolved his 'Rasika Mandram' the platform on which the party was supposed to be launched.
