Calling the picture as his "fan moment", Hrithik says every actor is inspired by the 73-year-old Piku star.
"Sweet! Who found this! my fan moment as a kid! I think der's a little bit of Bachchan in every actor since. Agree?," Hrithik asked his fans on Twitter.
The Bang Bang star, 42, and Bachchan have shared screen space in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... and Lakshya.
Hrithik is currently gearing up for his much-awaited release Mohenjo Daro, an epic adventure-romance set in the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro, Sindh, Pakistan in the era of the Indus Valley civilisation that dates back to 2600 BC.
The film will hit the screens on August 12.
