1.     Subhashree Ganguly: She is the highest-paid actress in Bengali cinema. She got high praise for her performance in the Bengali film ‘Parineeta’. She has also won several accolades.

2.     Nushrat Jahan: Apart from being an actress, she is an active Trinamool Congress Party member. She is currently a Lok Sabha MP from Basirhat, West Bengal.

 3.     Raima Sen: Granddaughter of the famous Bengali actress Suchitra Sen, Raima is known for her work in both Bollywood and Tollywood.

 4.     Priyanka Sarkar: Her debut film ‘Chirodini Tumi Je Amar’ saw immense success, after which she married her co-actor and had a boy. She took a break from the screen, but now, she is back in action after her divorce.

 5.     Tridha Choudhury:  She debuted in Srijit Mukherjee’s movie ‘Mishawr Rawhoshyo’ in 2013. Since then, she has appeared in several Bengali, Hindi and Telugu films and series.
