Glamorous BJP Activist wants to become an actress

A young, talented and charming BJP leader will soon be seen in a new television serial, Amma, on Zee TV.

Sonali Singh, National Executive of the ST Mahila Morcha, will be playing the role of Haider’s (Nawab Shah) wife – Fatima in the show.

Sonali says she is confident of juggling both political and acting careers simultaneously, especially considering she is required to give only 7-8 days in a month to the show.

BJP ST Mahila Morcha is the Scheduled Tribes wing of Bharatiya Janata Party.

The main purpose of the Morcha is to protect the rights of the tribal people, especially women, and Sonali is leading the group in many parts of India.

Sonali has also worked as an anchor for India's national channel, Doordarshan.
