Ee Puzhayum Kadannu: Kamal directed the film. Manju was paired with Dileep. The movie was a box office hit. The film was remade in Telugu as Pelli Peetalu, in Tamil as Kanna Unnai Thedukiren and in Kannada as Sambhrama. She also won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress.
Thooval Kottaram: The movie stars Jayaram, Sukanya, Manju, Oduvil Unnikrishnan, Murali, and Babu Swamy. The film was a commercial success and played for 300 days in theatres.
Daya: Then movie starring Manju Warrier in the lead role. The storyline of the film is adapted from One Thousand and One Nights. The director Venu won awards for best debut director at the National Film Awards and Kerala State Film Awards.
Pathram: The movie was a political thriller starring Suresh Gopi, Murali, Manju Warrier, Biju Menon, T. P. Madhavan and Spadikam George. The movie was one of the best political dramas in Mollywood and was the highest grosser of that year 1999.
