Synopsis

A firsthand look at the newly launched Vivanta Gurugram in Sector 95A, which blends contemporary design with urban energy. The hotel caters to both business and leisure travellers with smart amenities, a rooftop infinity pool, and a vast culinary spread.

I recently had a chance to visit the newly launched Vivanta Gurugram, which is located strategically off the Delhi-Jaipur National Highway (NH-48) in Sector 95A. What strikes me most is the fact that it merges contemporary elegance with the dynamic pulse of the city. Let me tell you about my firsthand look at what this place has to offer.

The Vibe and The Venue

It's essentially designed for both business and leisure. The hotel has 154 rooms and suites with some smart amenities. As I was walking through the property, I noticed that the hotel is spacious and so are the rooms. I think Vivanta has paid attention to corporate professionals and what they need during extended stays or demanding business trips. The property offers this unique balance between an always-on urban energy and relaxing escapes.

The infinity pool at the rooftop is a major highlight, which is a good spot to unwind. Similarly, places like the open-sky lounge have a welcoming vibe that sets the tone for a lively evening. Then there's a modern fitness centre along with an expansive pillar-less Grand Ballroom that can easily host up to 1,000 guests. Plus, I noticed how well this hotel is connected to places like Yashobhoomi, Cybercity, and the serene Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary.

A Culinary Spectacle

This was the main highlight for me as I enjoyed an absolutely massive culinary spread. I ended up trying almost everything on the menu, and every bite delivered. I particularly enjoyed the starters on circulation, especially the dim sums like the Truffle, Asparagus & Cheese Dumpling and the Thai Prawn and Lemon Grass Dumpling. Then there were these live stations and carving counters with food options like Citrus Corn-Fed Baby Chicken, Kadak Nath Ka Jhol, and Sesame Soya and Ginger Steamed Red Snapper, which were a few items that I liked a lot. That's not all, as the mains had some interesting global spectrum like Steamed Silken Tofu In Chili Black Bean Sauce and Herb Polenta With Sicilian Caponata. Last but not least, I also enjoyed Indian masterpieces like Kathal Champaran and Yakhni Gucchi Pulao. Even the dessert spread was spectacular. You must try the jar desserts like the ruby lychee & rose jar, a fig, honey & mascarpone jar, and an indulgent Gulab jamun custard layered with cardamom-infused Rabri.

In The End

Ultimately, it was the location, food menu and hospitality as the three main pillars that I'll remember about this place. It seems like Vivanta Gurugram Sector 95A has somehow managed to offer something that bridges the gap between productivity and a relaxed sense of sophistication.

I took the expressway to reach the property and noticed how calm I felt when I entered the place. It was like entering into a calm and design-forward oasis. This is why I guess that irrespective of whether you are checking in for an intensive corporate stint, looking to host a large-scale gathering, or simply going to chill by the rooftop pool, this place offers a balance of comfort, convenience, and elevated hospitality that I'm sure you'll enjoy.
