In pics: A-list celebs attend the world premiere of Sachin Tendulkar's debut film

Top cricketers gathered here for a special screening of the upcoming biographical film on cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh certainly looked excited when they arrived for the screening of "Sachin: A Billion Dreams" that started post 4.30 PM on 24th May.

Team India captain Kohli was accompanied by actress Anushka Sharma. Fans of ‘Virushka’ have taken to Twitter to share many photos of the two of them at the premiere and have showered them with love. 

Besides the three cricket superstars, others who came to attend the screening included Ajinkya Rahane, Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, Kedar Jadhav, Shikhar Dhawan, Umesh Yadav and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, among others. 

Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh, Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon and John Abraham were spotted at the red carpet of the screening.

Yuvraj shared a picture of the glittering event on social media and his Instagram post read: "At the masters premiere a billion dreams all the best @sachintendulkar ✌️"

Tendulkar, 44, was also present at the screening with his wife Anjali. Earlier this month, Tendulkar had organised a special screening of the film for armed forces personnel. Sachin: A Billion Dreams is based on the sports icon's professional and personal life.

Directed by James Erskine, the docu-feature film is all set to release this Friday. The movie features real videos from the cricketer’s personal collection, and the trailer of the movie showed us what is in store.
