It is sad news for all Shah Rukh Khan fans. His son Aryan Khan's bail application has been rejected. Aryan, along with his seven friends, were arrested concerning the Mumbai cruise drugs case. They have been in judicial custody since October 3. Shah Rukh's son Aryan has spent more than 14 days in Mumbai's Arthur Road jail. Mumbai special court had previously said that Aryan's bail application hearing would occur today.

Talking about Aryan's bail plea being rejected special judge VV Patil had made the announcement. Aryan and his friends have been booked under various ections 8(c) read with 20b (purchase), 27 (consumption), 28 (attempt to commit offence), 29 (abetment/ conspiracy) and 35 (pressumption of culpable mental state) of the NDPS Act.

Reportedly five to six grams of charas was recovered from Aryan's buddy Merchant. Previously, the court had reserved Aryan and the other accused bail pleas orders post listening to the Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh from the NCB. Reportedly the Additional Solicitor General had said that Aryan was a regular consumer of drugs. NCB also claimed that Aryan's WhatsApp chats indicated that he also had an international connection with the drug chain. NCB's zonal director Sameer Wankhede has refused to comment on the case.

Meanwhile, fans have gathered outside Shah Rukh's residence and have been continuously praying for his release. The 23-year-old has already spent more than 2 weeks in jail.
