Anurag Kashyap, Taapsee Pannu, Vikas Bahl's residences raided by Income Tax Department

Income Tax Department has reportedly raided the houses of these celebrities in connection with Kashyap's production house, Phantom Films.
Mumbai: The Income Tax department on Wednesday reportedly raided the house of Taapsee Pannu, Anurag Kashyap, and Vikas Bahl in connection to Kashyap's production house Phantom Films.
The report says the raids have been carried forward in 20 locations apart from the residence of these celebrities in Mumbai and Pune.
The IT department has alleged tax evasion as the reason behind the raids.
Madhu Mantena Varma, who runs a talent management company is also under the list of the IT Department.
Searches are also underway at properties of Shibhashish Sarkar (CEO Reliance Entertainment), Afsar Zaidi (CEO Exceed), Vijay Subramaniam (CEO Kwan). Exceed Entertainment and Kwan Entertainment are Mumbai's popular celebrity management agencies.
