Mumbai: The news of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation gearing up to demolish a part of Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow Pratiksha was making rounds for a few days.
Now it so happened that Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has put up a poster outside the actor's house celebrating his big heart, urging him to give the permission. The MNS erected a poster out of Big B's residence, stating that they are waiting for the actor's approval.
Bachchan is expected to give up a portion of his bungalow for the same. Even in 2017, Big B was sent notice that BMC would take part of his bungalow situated in Juhu to enlarge Sant Dnyaneshwar Marg. There has been no response from Big B yet.
According to reports, BMC has reportedly ordered the collector to demolish the bungalow's wall soon to widen the road.
Municipal Councillor had questioned why the BMC work was completed around all other houses apart from the Bachchan residency.
She added that the project is very important because there are a couple of schools, ISKCON temple and Mumbai monuments surrounding the area, and the project was suddenly stopped on account of Big B's bungalow.
