The movie opened to positive reviews and houseful shows at the theatres; it has also completed a 75-day run at the box office, which is not a mean feat these days.
Amala is now enjoying her free time in the Himalayas, taking a break from her busy schedule. She has shared a handful of pictures of her with friends on Instagram where we can her playing with snow, cooking wheat porridge and posing along with a Himalayan dog.

She is on her way to Rakhundi, trekking at the Great Himalayan National Park at Khorli Pohi.
In one of her posts, Amala wrote “Some roads are less travelled and at times it’s wise to keep it that ways”

In another post, the actress is seen along with a canine whom she introduces as a rescuer of amateur trekkers and torch bearer for the tinder valley. Amala had visited the Himalayas last year too.
The actress has a number of films in her kitty in Tamil and Malayalam. While she is currently busy with the Mollywood film Achayans, Amala has been signed up to feature in the Malayalam remake of the Bollywood, blockbuster Queen.

Amala has two more Tamil films, which are Velai Illa Pattadhari 2, directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth and Thiruttu Payale 2, directed by Susi Ganesan. She has also been roped in to play the female lead in Vinod K’s bilingual, which will be made in Tamil and Malayalam.
With the Rs100 crore tag, Amala Paul is riding high on success. She is in talks to sign up for one more Kannada film, and details about it will be revealed soon.
