Young Malayalam actor Asif Ali came under fire from a section of religious conservatives for posting a family photo on Facebook in which his wife, Sama, appeared without covering her face or wearing a Hijab.

Some conservatives reminded the actor that he should have remembered that it was the holy month of Ramadan. Some rabid comments crossed the line of decency and blatantly showered abuses on the actor.
