The National Award ceremony was supposed to held last year. But, due to Covid-19, it got postponed and the films from 2019 are awarded in the ceremony, this year.
The National Film Award is organised by the Directorate of Film Festivals that is led by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The award winners list has been announced and Shraddha Kapoor and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput starrer Chhichhore wins the 'Best Hindi Film' award.
