With India going through the severe effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kohli has decided to help the nation once again. He has launched a relief campaign with the Give India foundation and has urged people to donate to help the people whose lives have been affected by the deadly pandemic.

“Over 250,000 families have lost earning members to COVID-19 impacting their livelihood. Today, I join Team for Humanity to raise funds for families economically affected by COVID. Earlier, Kohli and his Bollywood wife Anushka Sharma had launched a fund-raising campaign with Ketto India to help the medical facilities procuring enough oxygen supplies to treat the COVID patients. The campaign generated more than ₹11 crore.
