Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya is currently on a break from cricket. Meanwhile, he has suffered a setback in his personal life, along with his all-rounder brother, Krunal, as he lost his father, Himanshu.
Last week, Himanshu reportedly suffered a heart attack at his residence in Vadodara and breathed his last. While Pandya flew off from his home in Mumbai, Krunal, who was on Baroda duty in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, took personal leave.
Recently, Pandya paid an emotional tribute to his late father, by sharing a video on his social media handles. The video happens to be a collage of some of his photos with his father and some videos, mixed with Bollywood song, Apne. In one of the videos, his father interacts with Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan, as the latter praises him for producing a fine son. Pandya captioned the post, "To dad ❤️".

Pandya would next be seen in action during upcoming India's home Test series against England, starting February 5. Pandya featured in the limited-overs leg in Australia but did not participate in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test series, to manage workload for his back, which has just recovered following surgery.
