Indian Oil Chairman and other leading OMCs have strongly dismissed rumours of fuel shortages across India. They assured citizens that there are ample stocks of petrol, diesel, and LPG, urging the public to avoid panic buying and trust official sources.

The Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation, Arvinder Singh Sahney, on Wednesday urged the public to "act responsibly" and not to trust "unverified rumours" regarding the supply disruption of petrol or diesel.
