Jio effect: Airtel offers 70GB data, free calls at ₹399

Airtel offers 70GB data unlimited calls for three months at Rs 399

The amount lets users access 70GB data and unlimited calls for 70 days. However, this offer is applicable only for Airtel users with a 4G-enabled device. But, the calls come with a limit of 3000 minutes for 70 days. On the other hand, the₹244 pack offers unlimited STD and local calls, but only 300 minutes of free Airtel to Airtel calls per day, and 1,200 minutes of free calls on the network for a week. 

 

The ₹345 pack valid for 28 days offers 2GB data per day. Besides, pointing at tweets by Sanjay Bafna, an IndiaToday report says that the company may release two new prepaid offers in response to Jio's Dhan Dhana Dhan.

 

Earlier this year, for a limited period, Airtel had offered its new ₹345 plan offering 1GB of 4G data to users per day, with 500MB available to use during day time and 500MB during night, with free local and STD voice calls. 

 

After pulling the shutter on Summer Surprise, the company has announced the next lucrative offer - Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan. It offers free unlimited data, voice calls and SMS, along with access to Jio's apps for a period of three months. Existing Prime users, who haven't registered for Summer Surprise plan, can pay ₹309 to get 1GB data/day or ₹509 for 2GB data/day.

 

Jio allows Prime subscribers to recharge of ₹408 which means ₹99 Prime + 309 recharge to get the benefits of free data for three months or say three cycles of 28 days. The other option is ₹609 - ₹99 Prime + ₹509 recharge.
