The much-anticipated Aero India Show 2017 is just around the corner and the defence manufacturers from both public and private sectors have started revealing their aircrafts and helicopters which will feature in this five-day extravaganza. But all eyes will on India’s very own defence aircraft manufacturer Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

We all know there will be HAL’s Swedish partner – SAAB will also be showcasing its fleet at the Aero India 2017. But HAL is expected not to leave any stones unturned ahead and during the show. Therefore, before you experience the Aero India, here’s a list of aircraft and helicopters that HAL will be showcasing at the event:

Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas – This one was recently introduced into the Indian Air Force (IAF) and will be seen making its debut at the aviation extravaganza.

Indian Multi-Role Helicopter (IMRH) – This is a next-generation big-lift chopper. The Indian Army and the IAF have both shown a lot of interest in this chopper. If it lives upto the expectation, then the army and IAF might just opt for it.
