Addressing Health and Family Welfare Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, PM Modi acknowledged his leadership within the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha and his sustained efforts in serving the constituents, particularly stressing Mandaviya's roots in a middle-class farmer family.
