During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, sanitation workers have worked day and night and ensured cleanliness all the time. Besides doctors and nurses, sanitation workers are also heroes as frontline warriors.

Recently, a sanitation worker was praised online after rescuing a little boy’s life by preventing a deadly accident. The entire incident was caught on camera, creating ripples on the Internet. Twitter user Rex Chapman shared the video with the caption, "If you’ve already seen a sanitation worker save a little boy’s life today just keep on scrolling…"

Reportedly the whole episode occurred in Rolandia, Brazil. The video shows a little boy identified as Lucas; he walked out of the gate and expected a garbage truck to pass so that he could cross the street.
After the garbage truck moved ahead, he stepped towards the other side, but he could not see a vehicle approaching from the right side of the street. The sanitation worker saw Lucas, pulled the boy in time, and saved him from being run over.

The clip went crazy viral on social media and garnered over 1.4 million views so far, and 64k likes. In the comments section, the sanitation worker gained a massive round of applause.  Watch the video.
