Erika Thompson, a beekeeper and owner of Texas Beeworks, shared the video on Instagram.
Thompson explained in the caption that it's a queen bee laying an egg in the video, and the number of eggs a queen can lay depends upon the needs and health of the colony.
She added, saying a well-fed and strong queen can lay up to her body weight in eggs each day.
Thompson also added that the video shows a queen bee, worker bee, and drone bee, which helps the viewers compare each type of bee.
There is only one male drone bee in the video, which can be seen on the upper left of the queen while she lays the egg. All other bees surrounded the queen are female worker bees, Thompson explained further.
The video has garnered 171,108 views, and netizens are amazed watching the video.
