Thick green chilies (6–8), gram flour (1 cup), rice flour (2 tbsp), carom seeds (½ tsp), turmeric (¼ tsp), red chili powder (½ tsp), baking soda (pinch), salt to taste, water, oil.
Mix gram flour, rice flour, carom seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually to make a slightly thick batter.
