New Delhi: Death toll has surpassed 4000 with respect to coronavirus after 17 new deaths were reported in China on March 10. Meanwhile, positive cases in India reached 47. Canada also reported its first positive case. Italy's death toll grew by 96 to 463 over past 24 hours. WHO confirmed that cases outside of China had risen by 3,948 to 28,673 in over 104 countries.
