Watch: Man steals hand sanitiser from ATM kiosk; netizens express their anger

A video of a man stealing hand sanitiser from an ATM kiosk has left netizens outraged

In the video, a man wearing a face mask can be seen putting his card back in his wallet after using the ATM.

As he turns around to leave, he picks up the hand sanitiser bottle, puts it in his backpack, and leaves the ATM kiosk.

IPS officer Dipanshu Kabra, shared the CCTV footage and captioned, "These are kleptomaniac. We have millions of ATMs in our country, and to save sanitisers from these fools, we have to spend around 200 to 300 rupees on every ATM to build a cage. That comes around in crores of rupees. Your decent behaviour would save this money and take care of your well being. Well... #HumNahiSudhrenge."

However, the video garnered more than 28 k views, and netizens expressed their displeasure and anger towards the man's act.
