Suspected ISIS Operative Plotting Delhi Attack Arrested

A suspected operative of the ISIS, a “lone wolf who had planned an attack in the national capital”, was arrested by Delhi Police after a shoot out in Dhaula Kuan area late on Friday. Police said the force’s special cell recovered two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) from the possession of the man, who has been identified as Abdul Yusuf Khan, a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
