Bengaluru: RTO officer suspected to be drunk, suffers heart attack; passes away

RTO officer who was beaten up for ramming into an autorickshaw on the suspicion that he was drunk has passed away in Bengaluru. The RTO officer was under medication and was ill for 3 days.

Bengaluru: RTO officer who was suspected to be drunk, was beaten for ramming into an autorickshaw, passed away a day later. 

The RTO inspector died due to a heart attack and his aides claim it was due to stress of the news reports of his accident.

The officer was ill for the past three days but was forced to come into work despite his illness. While on his way to work, he rammed into an autorickshaw as he was under medication. Several autorickshaw drivers staged a protest demanding action against the officer under the suspicion that he was under the influence of alcohol. 

But when he was taken to the hospital, the matter came to light that he was under medication.
