On pretext of wishing SSLC students, Congress MLA’s flexes come up near schools despite ban

Defying the Karnataka high court order on the ban on flexes, banners, Congress MLA Rizwan Arshad's supporters put his flexes near schools in Shivajinagar. Mayor says action will be taken

Bengaluru: The public is still wondering what his contribution is. But this neta seems to be interested more in publicity stunts. While many Congress workers say Rizwan Arshad won due to public sentiment, he still has not won people’s hearts and instead of visiting his constituency in Shivajinagar, it is said that he is busy with publicity stunts. A flex to wish SSLC students during exams is very evident that the MLA and his supporters are busy in his image building. And defying ban on flexes and on the pretext of wishing students writing exams amid the coronavirus lockdown, these cheap publicity stunts are being displayed. Most of the work in Shivajinagar Assembly segment is done by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and it started a year back, he is yet to come up with a concrete plan, say a few veteran congress workers.
