Newborn girl abandoned; villagers hand over baby to primary health centre
Kalaburagi's Ratkal village was shocked after a newborn girl was found abandoned
The Hyderabad-Karnataka region of Kalaburagi's Ratkal village woke up to the cry of an abandoned girl child from behind a tuft of bushes. It is suspected that the child was abandoned because it was a girl.
The baby was rescued and handed over to a primary health centre.
A case has been registered at Ratkal Police Station.
